Amazon’s Big Spring Sale ends tonight at 11:59 p.m. PT (that’s April 1 at 2:59 a.m. ET), which mens you still have a few hours to snag some great deals on fitness equipment. And not just talking about the obvious stuff like running shoes and yoga mats—I’m talking the gear you’ve never quite gotten around to buying, the products that seem slightly eccentric, and the upgrades you didn’t even know you needed.

I’ve made the switch to wearing bone conduction headphones (BCH) on my runs, and I’ve never been happier. If you ask me, there are two kinds of people in this world: those who have nearly been flattened by a cyclist while running with noise-canceling headphones in, and liars.
Open-ear headphones sit just outside your ear canal and use directional speakers or bone conduction (they really do send sound through your bones).

Swimming is one of the best full-body workouts you can do. It’s low-impact, high-reward, and deeply meditative. Of course, one person’s “meditative” is another’s “boring.” In this case, a good playlist—and headphones that can actually play music underwater—could be the solution.

The Best Amazon Big Spring Sale deals on resistance bands
A full set of resistance bands gives you the ability to train glutes, shoulders, arms, and back in ways that dumbbells actually can’t replicate, because bands increase resistance throughout the range of motion rather than relying on gravity. A good set will include multiple resistance levels, so you can progress over time without buying new equipment.
There are plenty of options on sale right now, like this set for $24.98 (down from $37.99) or the full TRX resistance band set for $148.71 (down from $174.95).
The Best Amazon Big Spring Sale deal on adjustable dumbbells
If you aren’t on the adjustable dumbbells train, it’s time to hop on. Where individual pairs of dumbbells from five to 80 pounds in five-pound increments would cost well over $1,500 and eat up valuable floor space, adjustable dumbbells deliver the same versatility for a fraction of that price.

This is a big swing for most people, but I hope it can find the right audience here. A good workout on a rowing machine can engage up to 86% of your muscles, combining cardio and strength training while being gentle on your joints. If no other cardio or strength routine calls your name, maybe rowing is for you.
