The Division of College Access and Community Partnerships is recruiting for one full time Division Coordinator. This position is responsible for advancing Victoria College’s mission, supporting the division dean by coordinating college access, including dual credit and correctional education pathways, and ensuring smooth student onboarding.
The role builds strong partnerships with schools, correctional facilities, community organizations, and workforce agencies while supporting outreach events, recruitment activities, and VC’s Career Fair and internship initiatives. The coordinator also guides career exploration by administering assessments and providing career-readiness support to students and alumni. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, upholding FERPA, contributing to planning and assessment, and collaborating across departments to support division goals.
