Today Is the Last Day to Save up to $150 on the PS5 Before Prices Spike

The price of gas isn’t the only thing going up. Starting tomorrow, April 2, the prices of all PlayStation 5 consoles and the PlayStation Portal are going up by as much as $150. It’s no surprise, since we’ve been hearing about the cost of chips and storage going up over the years; throw in tariffs and a ongoing strong demand for the consoles, you start to get the whole picture.

Luckily, it’s not too late: You can still save up to $150 by buying refurbished consoles directly from the Direct PlayStation store, which come with a one-year warranty and have been tested to perform like new, provided you act quickly.

Here are all the consoles you can still get today before the price hike goes into effect:

Going forward,the base Slim Model PS5 will be $649.99, but you can get a refurbished one today for $449. If you don’t mind downloading your games and playing them from the cloud, the Slim Digital Edition PS5 will be $599.99 tomorrow, but you can get a refurbished one today for $399. An original, non-slim disc refurbished version PS5 with 825GB is $399 today.

The PS5 Pro is getting the biggest price hike. It is $749 today, but it will be $899.99 tomorrow. The PlayStation Portal remote player is not escaping the price hikes either—you can get one today for $199, but starting tomorrow, it will spike to $249.

If you’re interested in bundles, the PS5 Fornite Bundle is $449 and will likely increase starting tomorrow. The PS5 Digital Fornite Bundle is $399 today and will likely increase tomorrow as well.
