The Employer Engagement and Education
Specialist is responsible for engaging and educating members for the Work Without Limits Business Network (BN) while also promoting and
delivering employer training and consulting services. The Employer Engagement and Education Specialist contributes to the success of the
Work Without Limits program, Workforce Equity and Inclusion department, and the larger mission of promoting diversity and disability
inclusion across the workforce and is passionate about empowering businesses and individuals through training and consultation. This role is
integral to achieving the organizations mission of promoting diversity and disability inclusion, with responsibilities spanning recruitment,
training, program development, and consulting to support clients in reaching their diversity goals.
Responsibilities
Work
Without Limits Business Network
- Plan and deliver an annual slate of innovative programming for BN members including virtual
educational presentations, business-to-business networking forums, and disability inclusion training. - Conduct quarterly meetings
with BN members and provide information, resources, and real-time consulting. - Assist with the implementation of a strategic plan to
attract new Business Network members while engaging and retaining existing members. - Actively engage BN members in other Work Without
Limits services, including training, consulting, jobs board, career fair, and sponsorship. - Develop and implement an annual survey to
evaluate member needs, satisfaction, and the value of current programming, using insights to adjust and improve future plans as
needed.
Work Without Limits Training & Consulting
- Deliver disability inclusion training sessions and consulting
services for clients, tailoring content to meet client-specific needs and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors
degree in business, health, social sciences, or psychology. - A minimum of seven years of experience in Human Resources, Talent
Acquisition and/or Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging leadership role within the private sector. - Proven experience in
membership management, business development, and training & consulting services. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with
the ability to engage diverse audiences. - Experience in event and program management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with
internal teams, external contractors, and clients. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to
detail.

Offers are typically made within the midrange to allow for future growth and development within the role.
