BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions has announced a strategic partnership with renewable energy equipment firm Segen to provide end-to-end financing solutions to companies installing solar and energy storage systems.
The financing solutions will be provided under the Segen Finance brand and will allow commercial and industrial end customers to install solar and energy storage systems with no upfront costs.

Segen Finance will initially be available exclusively through Segen’s network of approved installers in the UK and Germany, with planned expansion across Europe long-term.
“This partnership addresses one of the key barriers to clean energy adoption – initial investment costs,” said Pascale Favre, head of technology lifecycle solutions at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions.
