Rothschild & Co’s global advisory business is combining all of its capital markets-facing activities into one division called Global Markets Solutions (GMS).
The new entity will include the firm’s research arm, Redburn Atlantic, which will be rebranded Rothschild & Co Redburn.
The rebrand will enable Rothschild & Co to provide research-led distribution and execution seamlessly across public and private markets, the firm said.

“In recent years, global capital markets have undergone significant changes, with increased passive investing in public markets and simultaneous growth in private markets, encompassing both equity and debt,” said Mark Connelly, global co-head of GMS.
“Within the context of GMS, Rothschild & Co Redburn allows us to better serve our clients in a world where global sector knowledge and access to public and private capital are a requirement for growth.”
