US investment firm InspereX has appointed Mark Whyman as managing director, RIA and private market solutions.
Whyman will report to Deryk Rhodes, managing director and head of wealth management solutions. He will build the firm’s private markets platform in partnership with asset managers and technology providers.

In addition, he will work closely with independent broker-dealers and RIAs to identify investment solutions that best meet their clients’ needs.
Whyman joins the firm from Lafayette Square, a private credit firm where he served as head of private wealth distribution.

“Mark brings to InspereX an impressive background, deep relationships, and extensive expertise in private assets,” Rhodes said.
“He will leverage his experience to help us expand our alternative investment offerings to meet increasing investor demand.”
