M&G Investments has announced the appointment of Martin Kwiatkowski as director of asset management operations.
Kwiatkowski joined from Aberdeen, where he was chief operating officer of investments and was responsible for service delivery, implementation of transformative change, management of first-line risk and controls across public and private markets.
He spent 23 years at Aberdeen where he also held several leadership roles, including investment operations director.
Prior to that, he worked at HSBC as head of business support and at Citi as outsourcing operations manager.
Kwiatkowski will be reporting to M&G Investments chief operating officer Richard Godfrey.
Godfrey said: “We are delighted to welcome Martin to M&G Investments. His deep experience and leadership will facilitate our continued growth ambition and enhance our client experience capabilities.”

“I look forward to focusing on delivering innovative solutions that enhance client experience, operational efficiency and scalable growth across all asset classes.”
At the end of July, M&G appointed Elise Ambrose as chief transformation officer of its life insurance business.
Her role is focused on driving strategic change, unlocking growth and continuing to improve services.

Reporting to chief operating officer Lee Bullen, Ambrose will lead a team of 80 people across transformation delivery, programme management, business architecture and analysis.
She will also champion the adoption of AI and agile methodologies.
