Fintech platform iCapital will offer a series of Apollo’s evergreen private markets solutions to eligible investors on its marketplace, expanding its partnership with the global alternative asset manager.
Apollo has listed five Luxembourg-domiciled evergreen private markets products on iCapital Marketplace as demand for evergreen private markets investments from the wealth management sector grows.

Through the partnership, wealth managers and their clients will have access to “a broadened menu” of alternative investment solutions in a Luxembourg format, as well as educational tools and resources supporting the diversification of client portfolios.
Apollo will also use the iCapital Marketplace to facilitate reporting and investor lifecycle management for its evergreen structures.
Typically, evergreen funds are fully funded and are available at investment minimums starting from $25,000, with opportunities for liquidity on a periodic basis, according to iCapital.

iCapital has grown its product and platform solutions for evergreen funds, and has also increased its fundraising into these private fund structures.
