Trading platform Moomoo has agreed a partnership with Barings in which it will offer one Barings’ private credit funds to its high-net-worth customers.

The tie-up will enable Moomoo Private Wealth clients to access the private credit strategy with a reduced minimum investment of $50,000 (£37,000), with the potential for further Barings funds to be offered over time.

“Private credit has become an increasingly compelling asset class for long-term investors seeking competitive yields and portfolio diversification,” Ryan Wu, head of Moomoo Private Wealth and institutional business, told Citywire Asia.
