FNZ has strengthened its executive committee with the appointment of Ryan Beach as group head of North America and Peter Hiom as group head of markets.
Beach, based in Nebraska, USA, reports to group president Roman Regelman. He brings nearly 20 years’ experience in wealth management, investment platforms and fintech, including senior roles at F2 Strategy and Orion.
His appointment underscores FNZ’s commitment to North America, a key growth region where it is seeing rising demand for its AI-enabled wealth management platform.
Hiom, who will be based in London, also reports to Regelman. He will lead FNZ Markets, which provides clients with multi-asset execution, post-trade software, clearing and settlement services, and FX capabilities.
He previously held senior roles at ASX, Sydney Futures Exchange and the London International Financial Futures Exchange.
Regelman said the appointments reflect FNZ’s focus on “world-class leadership and transformational value”, adding that Beach will drive growth in North America while Hiom strengthens FNZ Markets globally.
