Ares Management has made the shortlist of this year’s Alternative Credit Awards in 14 categories, more than any other firm.
The alternative asset manager is a contender for some of the most prominent accolades, including Fund Manager of the Year and Senior Lender of the Year.
Ares is followed by Eiffel Investment Group, Churchill Asset Management and Blackstone, which have each received six places on the shortlist.

Meanwhile, UK peer-to-peer lending platform Folk2Folk is on the shortlist in five different categories.
The awards, hosted by Alternative Credit Investor, recognise the most influential fund managers, specialist lenders and service providers in the alternative credit space.
The winners will be announced on Wednesday 19 November 2025 at the Royal Lancaster London.
