US investment bank Houlihan Lokey has appointed Seran Ahmetrasit as managing director and head of infrastructure debt advisory for Europe within its capital solutions group.
The appointment marks the bank’s expansion into infrastructure debt advisory across Europe.
Ahmetrasit joins from US investment bank Jefferies, where she was part of the power, utilities and infrastructure team, having previously worked in capital markets and structured finance at The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Ahmetrasit will be based in Houlihan Lokey’s London office.
