London-based Capital Platform has launched an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven hybrid infrastructure for private markets, aimed at supporting investors as allocations to alternatives continue to grow.
The platform is designed to streamline how fund managers, independent financial advisers and investors access and manage alternative finance opportunities, including raising capital for private market deals.

According to Capital Platform, the new structure reflects a global movement toward multi-strategy, hybrid capital models and is in line with the UK’s regulated private investor market.
“Our platform brings together two of the most powerful forces in private markets today: capital and intelligence,” said a spokesperson from Capital Platform. “We’re not just distributing investment opportunities anymore; we’re equipping the entire ecosystem with AI tools to grow, manage, and protect client relationships at scale.”

The AI system integrates investor onboarding, AML/KYC verification, automated messaging, real-time analytics and reporting, CRM synchronization, and cybersecurity/compliance management, the financial platform said.
The move shows a broader trend in private markets, as capital continues to flow from public bonds into private and alternative credit, with those such as Capital Platform increasingly building digital infrastructure that connects investors with mid-market borrowers more efficiently.
