Financial Solutions has appointed Leanne Williams as managing director to spearhead its ambitious growth objectives for 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
“Our mission is clear, to empower advisers to break away from restrictive structures and build long-term value while delivering good outcomes for their clients,” she said.
“We will give self-employed advisers, appointed representatives (ARs) and entrepreneurial planners the tools, technology and confidence to take control of their business.”
The company intends to offer flexible models and robust compliance to reduce regulatory and administrative burdens for advisers, alongside access to new technology.
Williams added: “The advisory landscape is changing fast, with consolidation and private-equity ownership eroding the independence many advisers value. We aim to make Financial Solutions the natural home for advisers ready to build their own future.”

Financial Solutions was established in 2017 by James Priday, founder and CEO of P1 Investment Services, to assist advisers with operational support for greater efficiency.
