Quilter has strengthened its executive committee by appointing Jo Harris as chief customer officer and Margaret Ammon as group chief risk officer.
Harris, who will join in 2026, brings extensive experience from senior roles across wealth management, retail and private banking.
She was most recently as CEO for the mass-affluent business at Lloyds Banking Group.
Harris will focus on enhancing Quilter’s brand, evolving its proposition and leveraging technology and automation to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
She said: “I’m excited to be joining the Quilter team to help shape a customer strategy that delivers outstanding experiences and value at a time when more people are seeking support to plan for their future.
“I look forward to working with the team to build on Quilter’s strong foundations.”
Ammon will join Quilter in Q1 2026, bringing over 25 years’ experience in risk management having held senior roles at Old Mutual Asset Managers, Schroders, M&G and most recently as Global CRO at Legal & General Asset Management.
She will take responsibility for the strategic development and implementation of Quilter’s risk management framework, building on the work established by Nick Sacre-Hardy, who has been interim CRO since October 2024.
