The company said all the individuals promoted are members of VSS’s investment team and have played an integral role in the firm’s deal evaluation, sourcing, structuring, execution, and portfolio company monitoring.
In their new roles, they will assume expanded responsibilities for VSS’s investments in lower-middle-market healthcare, business services, and education companies and will continue to support founders’ organic growth initiatives.

“Individually and collectively, they have worked hard to advance our investments and partnerships with founder-led lower middle-market businesses in support of VSS’s success and long-term growth.”
