UK property finance lender MSP Capital has appointed Imogen Williams as senior business development manager to help grow its financing platform.
The Dorset-based lender said Williams will be responsible for managing broker relationships as it targets a loan book worth £750m by 2030.
Before joining MSP Capital, Williams worked at lenders including Cynergy Bank, Capital Rise and West One, gaining experience in bridging, development and specialist property finance. Projects she has worked on include loans ranging from £1m to £20m across London, the home counties, the Cotswolds and the M4 corridor.

MSP Capital provides UK-wide lending solutions for sums of up to £10m, with a particular focus on London and the southern counties.
