Align specialises in media finance, a market that the firm said was previously only accessible to industry insiders, but is now accessible through its senior debt strategy, offering institutional investors uncorrelated returns.
“With Manuela on board, Align gains more than a head of fundraising – we gain a strategic partner who understands how to position an asset class. Her track record and network will accelerate our mission to make media finance an institutional-grade strategy,” said Adrian Politowski, of Align.

“I have always been driven by the challenge of building bridges – between managers and investors, between vision and execution,” added Froehlich.
“What I see at Align is the rare combination of proven resilience, cultural relevance, and institutional discipline. It is the perfect match to channel my passion and experience into future growth.”
