Ansley Park Capital, a lender and speciality finance platform, has appointed two new managing directors within its capital markets team.
The firm has appointed both Erick Berreondo and Nolan Stephenson as managing directors, capital markets.
“It is great to be able to add Erick and Nolan to our team, both such talented and experienced capital markets professionals who will facilitate seamless execution for our financial partners and customers,” said Rob Seltzer, executive vice president and head of capital markets and commercial operations.

Berreondo has joined Ansley Park from First Citizens Bank, where he was director of capital markets. He previously served in executive roles at GE Capital, CIT, AlixPartners and ACA Financial Guaranty Corporation.
Stephenson joins the lender from First National Capital Corporation, where he structured and executed large-ticket loans and leases.

New York-based Ansley Park Capital lends against essential-use, large-ticket equipment and machinery. The firm was launched by Ares Management in 2024 and established by a fund managed by Ares Alternative Credit.
