Ascot Lloyd has appointed Eden Scrivenger to the newly created role of chief technology and operations officer, subject to regulatory approval.
The role combines the firm’s technology, client services, and operations teams, aimed at accelerating its digital transformation and enhancing service delivery. Scrivenger will take up the post on 18 August.
She was previously CTOO at adviser platform Wealthtime and chief technology officer at Investec Wealth & Investment UK. Scrivenger left Wealthtime last December after two years with the firm.
Her 20-year career in financial services includes leading both operational and technology functions.
Ascot Lloyd chief executive Francis Jackson said Scrivenger’s leadership would be “instrumental” in building a more connected, scalable business.
“Eden has a deep track record in fostering technological innovation, both internally for efficiency and externally for the benefit of end clients. We look forward to working closely together as we build on the strong foundations we have in place,” Jackson said.
Commenting on her appointment, Scrivenger said: “Whilst the function may be new, the depth of technological capability and operational scale is not. Ascot Lloyd has all the right ingredients for success in the technology space, and I look forward to collaborating with colleagues as we continue to innovate, scale the business and deliver for clients.”
