Balqis Capital has announced that its flagship private credit bond, the Balqis Bond, now offers direct exposure to IPOs on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market.
Balqis is aiming to offer its investors early-stage equity participation in the AIM market without the high-risk profile usually associated with such opportunities, combining the growth potential of equity with the security and structure of private credit.

“This approach anchors the bond to early access AIM listing opportunities – typically the preserve of institutions – through a secured private credit structure,” said David McCracken, director of capital markets at Exilium Ventures and an advisory board member of Balqis.
