CIExpert has unveiled its new Insight Zone Dashboard, designed to streamline the way advisers access protection product updates, market insights and educational resources.
The dashboard acts as a central hub, enhancing the existing Insight Zone pages for critical illness, income protection and life cover by offering a user-friendly interface structured around user experience principles.
Advisers can now more easily navigate insurer updates, claims data, educational content and peer-shared insights.

The tool reflects insights from CIExpert’s Critical Thinking research and adviser feedback, aiming to support both experienced professionals and those new to protection advice.
It includes a ‘news’ section for the latest updates, alongside industry-wide claims data and campaign materials.
One such initiative is CIExpert’s Single is Best campaign, which challenges the default use of joint life policies by highlighting the value of single life cover.
The dashboard keeps this insight accessible and relevant, encouraging advisers to reassess traditional approaches.
The new ‘Learning & Resources’ area also supports continuous professional development by offering supporting tools and insights from CIExpert’s Critical Thinking LIVE webinars.
The dashboard is available through CIExpert’s integrations with Iress (including The Exchange and Xplan Mortgage platforms) and via major distributors, allowing advisers to access it seamlessly within their workflow.
