Global asset manager Fasanara Capital has appointed Sebastian Maciocia as director of capital formation, UK.
He joins from investment consultancy Mercer, where he was a commercial segment leader within the financial institutions group and was responsible for wealth managers, family offices and not-for-profits.

He brings over 18 years of distribution and capital formation experience, having spent nearly a decade at BlackRock in its UK strategic alliances team building distribution partnerships.
He has also held a role at Winton Capital, where he launched and scaled the firm’s UCITS offering.
