FNZ has launched a new AI adviser tool designed to help advisers cut admin, personalise recommendations and serve more clients at scale.
Advisor AI is a generative AI solution built directly into the platform provider’s wealth management system.
The launch follows FNZ research showing that 73% of wealth management clients expect more personalised services from their adviser within two years, while 70% of advisers say better technology will be critical to meeting those demands.
Advisor AI aims to bridge that gap by combining automation with real-time insights from client and portfolio data.
Advisers can use it to flag risks, spot opportunities and tailor recommendations across their full book of business.
The tool also automates the client meeting process: preparing personalised insights in advance; surfacing relevant content during discussions; and transcribing and analysing conversations afterwards. It then highlights follow-up actions and suggests next best steps.
FNZ said the reduction in repetitive admin frees up advisers to spend more time with clients and focus on delivering higher-quality advice.
The system is supported by a dedicated AI architecture, FNZ’s governance framework and regulatory alignment to ensure security and accuracy.
Safeguards have been built in to reduce the risk of “hallucinations”, with continuous testing and oversight from FNZ’s AI specialists.
The launch comes shortly after FNZ announced a global strategic partnership with Microsoft to accelerate digital transformation in wealth management and strengthen its AI and automation capabilities.
Roman Regelman, FNZ group president, said: “We know advisers globally are already experimenting with generative AI tools, but they are looking for integrated solutions to effectively and safely support them and their clients.
“FNZ Advisor AI changes the game. Underpinned by rigorous testing and embedded into our market-leading adviser platform, it enables advisers to spend more time with clients and deliver faster, more personalised advice at scale.
“We are already seeing strong interest across our global client base and look forward to full deployment later this year.”
FNZ works with more than 650 financial institutions, 26 million investors and manages close to $2trn in assets on platform.
