Gemcorp Capital Management has promoted Gustavo Eiben to global head of fundraising and business development.
Eiben previously served as head of Americas institutional at the emerging markets investment group, where he strengthened the firm’s client base in the region.
In his new role, Eiben will lead the firm’s sales strategy to drive alignment and continued growth across all markets. He will also retain responsibility for US sales alongside his global remit.

“Gustavo has demonstrated strong leadership skills and deep relationships since he joined the firm,” said Felipe Berliner, co-founder and head of structuring. “His strategic vision, client focus, and understanding make him the ideal person to lead our global sales efforts as we continue to expand internationally.”
Prior to joining Gemcorp, Eiben held senior industry roles, including partner and investment committee member at Aqua Capital and Apis Partners.
Gemcorp is a London-based investment management firm specialising in emerging markets private credit and has invested $9bn (£6.7bn) to date.
