Lithuanian crowdfunding platform InRento saw its sales revenue hit €1.16m (£970,000) last year, a 53 per cent increase on 2023, when revenue reached €758,000.
The platform said this growth trend has been repeated over the past three years, with revenue more than doubling from €132,000 in 2021 to €322,000 in 2022.

“2024 was another breakthrough year for us, not only in financial terms but also in terms of international expansion,” said Deividas Urbanovičius, head of investor relations at InRento.
“We have already financed projects in Spain, Ireland, Poland, and Italy. In just over a year, the total amount of projects we have co-financed has more than doubled, from €20m to €45m.”

More than €4.5m has now been paid out to users of the platform, with average returns on completed projects exceeding 12 per cent.
To date, the company does not have any default projects, it said. Last year, it reported “rapid growth” and said it is targeting further expansion globally.
