Muzinich & Co. has expanded its US private debt team with three senior appointments aimed at strengthening its underwriting and structuring capabilities.
Joining the $41.6bn (£31.3bn) manager are Jens Ernberg as co-head of US private debt, Matthew Bandini as managing director for US private debt and Rocco DelGuercio as director of finance for the US private debt division.

All three executives have previously worked together at firms including asset manager Capital Dynamics and global investment bank Credit Suisse.

Muzinich said the hires will improve its origination, underwriting, structuring, operations and risk management as it looks to expand its private credit solutions for investors.
