Nutmeg boss Sanjiv Somani has resigned from the business and its parent company JP Morgan Europe.
According to a Companies House filing the date of Somani’s termination was 6 August.
Somani was JP Morgan Chase managing director and took responsibility for Nutmeg in June 2022 after Neil Ross Alexander left.
It is understood Sanoke Viswanathan is, who runs JP Morgan’s international consumer banking division, will take control of the digital wealth manager.
JPMorgan Chase purchased Nutmeg in 2021 for an undisclosed amount.
Nutmeg and JP Morgan were both approached for comment.
Nutmeg has experienced mix fortunes since its launch and in October 2020 it reported a £21.2m loss for 2019.
