Pantheon names new partners across private wealth, Asia and Latin America


Pantheon has made a series of promotions across its private wealth channel and global investment operations in Asia and Latin America.

The global private markets investor has promoted Kunal Sood to partner in its Asia investment team, which is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing investment opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region.

It has also promoted Scott Hong, Victor Mayer and Ana Zarruk to partner in Pantheon’s client solutions team.

Hong is head of South Korea and leads Pantheon’s client engagement in the region. Mayer heads Pantheon’s international private wealth team and is based in Singapore. While Zarruk leads Pantheon’s client development and relations in Latin America.

“Pantheon’s leadership position in pioneering solutions to meet our clients’ evolving needs is built on the strength of our global team,” said Kathryn Leaf, Pantheon’s chief executive. “As our reputation as a preeminent secondaries investor across private markets continues to expand in growing markets and channels around the world, we are pleased to recognise the contributions of our new partners in key regions such as Asia and Latin America, and channels such as private wealth.”

Alongside the partner promotions, Pantheon also promoted 11 new managing directors based in Geneva, New York, London, Dublin and Chicago.

Pantheon currently has approximately $82bn (£60.4bn) in discretionary assets under management, with strategies across private equity, private credit and real assets.
