Rachel Atkins, a lawyer specialising in ‘high stakes’ reputation management, will be speaking at this year’s Alternative Credit Investor COO Summit.
Atkins (pictured), a partner at Schillings, acts for private clients, corporates, and entrepreneurs both in the UK and around the world.
Her speciality is managing complex cases and strong personalities, in particular, where reputation and privacy issues are involved.
She is an experienced litigator, applying calmness, balance and objectivity to her cases. Atkins is often asked to lead corporate internal enquiries, particularly where public scrutiny is intense.
