Titanbay has hired Timo Paul (pictured) from Natixis as head of Switzerland as it seeks to expand across Europe.
The private markets investment platform has hired Paul in its wealth solutions team to collaborate with private banks and wealth managers to boost their private markets offerings.
Previously he worked at UBS and Natixis, where he was chairman and co-head of Switzerland.
It comes as London-headquartered Titanbay expands its presence on the continent, after it launched an Alternative Investment Fund Manager in Luxembourg in early 2024.

“Private markets are a key focus for wealth managers in Switzerland, but many still face operational roadblocks. Titanbay is uniquely positioned to help institutions cut through that complexity,” Paul said.
Michael Gruener, co-CEO of Titanbay added: “Timo’s insight into the Swiss market and his ability to translate client needs into real-world solutions will help us strengthen our partnerships and support the next phase of private markets growth across the region.”
