“Lindsay is a highly accomplished corporate lawyer with extensive experience guiding borrower-side private equity and merger and acquisition financing transactions and will be an outstanding addition to our banking and finance team,” said Barry Wolf, executive partner at Weil.
This will draw on her previous experience working on complex corporate transactions and high-yield financings. Flora joins from Dechert, where she worked as a partner in their global finance practice.

Sponsor-side partner Thomas Mastoras has also joined, while Weil recently elevated two banking and finance lawyers Nick Nikic and Kai Zhang to partner in January.
