Zurich UK has appointed James Tait as head of corporate risk, replacing Cindy Warden who retires at the end of this year. Tait will start his new role in January 2026.
“It’s refreshing to see Zurich put this business division at the heart of the global growth strategy,” he said.
“I’ve loved building my career in this sector as it’s a force for social good, playing a key role in helping support people back to work.”
Tait previously served as CEO of UnderwriteMe, across North America, APAXC and UK/Europe. He was recently replaced by Andrew Doran, who joined the platform from its parent company, Pacific Life Re.
