Triple Point has expanded its property development finance team, a division within its private credit business, with four senior appointments.
The investment manager and UK development lender has appointed Richard Nowell and Michael Thompson as origination directors, Jason Maher as associate director and Alastair Partridge as portfolio manager.
The UK-headquartered firm, which manages £2.5bn of assets, said the hires follow the appointments of Victoria Baily as head of property portfolio and Phil Bird as head of origination.

“By adding depth across both origination and portfolio management, we are enhancing our ability to support developers consistently and building a stronger platform positioned for long-term growth,” said Sean Brophy, chief commercial officer, private credit at Triple Point.

Nowell previously worked in the real estate finance divisions of RBS and Secure Trust Bank, while Thompson has held roles at Falco Capital, Barclays and Lloyds Bank.
Maher joins Triple Point from Hampshire Trust Bank, while Partridge was previously at Shawbrook Bank.
