Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card

Global Entry/TSA PreCheck benefit: Receive up to a $100 credit for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck once every four years when you use your Venture Rewards card to pay for the application.

Annual fee: $95

Other benefits: If you aren’t ready to splurge on a higher annual fee card, the Venture Rewards is an easy-to-use starter card that still reimburses you for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck. Cardholders earn a flat rate of two miles per dollar on all purchases and five miles per dollar on hotels and rental cars booked through Capital One Travel. You get two free visits to Capital One Lounges each year, Hertz Five Star status, and the ability to transfer your points to 15 hotel and airline partners. IHG® Rewards Premier Credit Card

Global Entry/TSA PreCheck benefit: Get a credit of up to $100 every four years as reimbursement for the application fee for either Global Entry or TSA PreCheck charged to your card.

Annual fee: $99

Other benefits: Recent welcome offers for new cardholders have reached up to 175,000 points or have included a free night or statement credits for IHG Hotels purchases, with a relatively low spending threshold to earn the bonus. On top of that, every year you have this card, you also get an anniversary award worth up to 40,000 points, which should cover a night at most of the company’s 5,000-plus properties worldwide, including Kimpton Hotels and Regent Hotels. Cardholders earn up to 26 points per dollar on IHG stays; five points per dollar on travel, gas stations, and restaurants; and three points per dollar everywhere else. You’ll also get automatic Platinum Elite status, which among other perks, includes your fourth night free when you redeem points for a stay of four or more nights. If you spend at least $20,000 each calendar year on your card, you’ll get a $100 statement credit and 10,000 bonus points.

Current welcome offer: Earn 140,000 bonus points after spending $3,000 on purchases in the first three months from account opening. Plus, earn up to $100 in IHG statement credits on purchases at IHG Hotels and Resorts during the first 12 months from account opening.

Southwest® Rapid Rewards® Performance Business Credit Card

Global Entry/TSA PreCheck benefit: Receive a statement credit of up to $100 every four years as reimbursement for the application fee for Global Entry, TSA PreCheck, or NEXUS when you use your card.

Annual fee: $199

Other benefits: Business owners who are Southwest enthusiasts can get a lot of value out of this card. To start, cardholders earn four points per dollar on Southwest purchases, three points per dollar on Rapid Rewards hotel and car rental partner purchases, two points per dollar on social media and search engine advertising, internet, cable, and phone services, and on local transit and commuting, including rideshare. Earn one point per dollar on all other purchases. Each year on your account anniversary, you will earn a 9,000-point bonus. You also get four upgraded boardings and up to 365 InFlight Wi-Fi credits per year. If you have employees, you can get employee cards at no additional cost, so you can earn points on their spending as well.

Delta SkyMiles® Platinum American Express Card

Global Entry/TSA PreCheck benefit: Receive one statement credit every four years after you apply for Global Entry ($100) or every four-and-a-half years after you apply for TSA PreCheck ($85) and pay for it with your card (enrollment required, terms apply).
