Star Mountain Capital has appointed Christopher Babock as managing director, where he will advance the firm’s investor relations and deepen relationships across institutional and wealth channels.
He joins from BNY Mellon Asset Management, where he spent 25 years, most recently as director of North American institutional distribution. He has extensive experience advising on private credit, private equity and secondaries investment strategies.

Babock began his career at Fidelity Investments as an internal wholesaler supporting the financial intermediary market.
