European private credit manager Arrow Global Group has promoted Carla Langerhorst to managing director in the firm’s client and product solutions team, effective immediately.
In her expanded role, Langerhorst will continue to play a senior role in Arrow’s Americas client coverage and fundraising, deepening institutional relationships and supporting continued growth across the firm’s opportunistic credit, lending and real estate strategies.

Carla joined Arrow in 2023 as director of client and product Solutions and is based in New York. At Arrow, she focuses on fundraising and broadening the firm’s investor relationships in the Americas.
Prior to joining Arrow, she worked at Morgan Stanley, covering investors globally across private credit and real assets.
