Aviva has replaced its digital platform for group protection business, rolling out smarter technology to streamline quotes for schemes with three to 250 employees.
Aviva Fusion will adopt the recent enhancements made to existing business policy management journeys on The Aviva Group Protection Online (AGPOL) platform.

“This is a significant investment in our new business journey for advisers, and their feedback has been invaluable in helping us understand what they really value and need,” said Jason Ellis, group risk distribution director at Aviva.
“Ultimately, Aviva Fusion will greatly reduce the administrative burden on advisers so that they will have more time to support their clients.”
Aviva has added the ability to quote for Limited Liability partnerships, auto-links to Companies House, and support with full policy lifecycle management.
Advisers can access instant quotes and improved data uploads, as well as digital scheme history reports.
The platform also accommodates for self-service renewals; for schemes with 250+ employees, advisers can start the renewal process by uploading member data.
