Capital Four has appointed Troels Splittorff as its new chief people officer.
Splittorff joins the Danish credit management firm from Novo Nordisk where, in his role as HR business partner, he supported one of the company’s major expansion projects.
Prior to that, he held senior HR business partner roles at P27 Nordic Payments and Nordea.

Splittorff brings to his new role at Capital Four experience in leadership development, organisational change, and employee wellbeing across the Nordic region, according to his profile on the Capital Four website.
He has also had a career in the military, having served as a Captain in the Royal Danish Army from 2004 to 2011, his LinkedIn profile states.

His LinkedIn profile also lists Splittorff as the company owner of Massive Life, which is a consultancy business “supporting the wellbeing, resilience and performance of employees”, through briefings and training that provide insights into stress management.
“With a solid leadership foundation from his time as a Captain in the Royal Danish Army, Troels is passionate about building healthy, high-performing workplaces,” Capital Four said in a LinkedIn post.
The appointment comes as reports emerged that Allianz SE is in talks to buy Capital Four.
