Coller Capital has formed a global distribution partnership with Allfunds, an end-to-end wealthtech partner for the wealth and asset management industries, and also announced the launch of its new digital platform for secondaries education.
The partnership will see the Coller International Secondaries Private Equity Fund (CollerEquity) and Coller Private Credit Secondaries (CollerCredit) distributed to the 19,000 accredited private investors, wealth managers and family offices on the Allfunds platform.

Launched in July 2024, CollerEquity’s portfolio consists of institutional quality private equity assets diversified by GP-manager, and fund vintage as well as by geography and sector, with the aim to deliver a combination of absolute and risk-adjusted returns.
CollerCredit, launched in October last year, is diversified across vintages, managers, industrial sectors and geography, and while its core focus is on senior direct lending opportunities, it has the flexibility to invest across other credit strategies if risk-adjusted returns and liquidity profiles are deemed to be appropriate.
The funds’ clients are supported by Coller’s 50-strong private wealth secondaries solutions (PWSS) team.

“The strategic investment approach underpinning CollerEquity and CollerCredit provides investors with diversified, risk-adjusted returns, as well as portfolio resilience in times of wider market dislocation,” said Jake Elmhirst, partner, head of private wealth secondaries solutions and deputy head of capital formation at Coller Capital.
“This partnership with Allfunds widens the spectrum of investors who have access to these benefits, and we look forward to working with their team.”
Coller Capital’s newly-launched Secondaries Institute is a digital educational platform developed to support its growing PWSS business.
The free platform provides wealth advisors and high-net-worth investors with structured content designed to improve understanding of secondaries and support long-term portfolio construction, including educational videos, market primers across private equity and private credit, and commentary and insights from Coller Capital executives, such as founder and chief investment officer Jeremy Coller.
“With this platform, we’re arming advisors with what they need to engage their clients with confidence,” said Elmhirst. “Our firm has spent three decades shaping the secondaries market, and we’re proud to make that experience more accessible.”
