The
opportunity
The Employer Relations Partner I develops strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations to support our
Career Services team. The role’s tasks include job development, promoting employer relations, conceptualizing and facilitating employer
engagements and other regional employer events, reporting on employment outcomes and workforce trends. The Employer Relations Partner I
fosters relationships and collaborates with partners across the SNHU community and the external business community. You will report to the
Career Team Lead. Fully Remote Position.
What you’ll do:
- You will conduct regular, ongoing employer outreach to
build employer partnerships and increase the volume of local, state-wide, national, and international career and experiential learning
opportunities that are available for our students. - You will develop a recruiting strategy for each employer, while ensuring that a
range of academic programs are being represented. - You will recruit and steward employer partners, assist employer partners with the
development of job descriptions; ensure fair and legal hiring practices for students. - You will use data to monitor progress and
implement successful partnership strategies. - Collaborate with other departments across the Career Services team and SNHU community
to ensure collaboration and that all academic disciplines are supported in the area of outreach and management. - Coordinate relevant
employer programming for students, using project and event management skills, from brainstorming through execution, to align with
institutional goals and enhancing employer and student engagement outcomes. - You will represent our Employee Relations team at
events. - You will perform other Job responsibilities as assigned which can change at any time, with or without notice.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelors degree and 2+ years of experience in employer relations, career services,
recruitment/staffing, human resources, or higher education administration. - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to
learn new systems and technologies. - Willingness to work variations in schedule and work evening hours based on business
needs.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $43,885.00 – $70,231.00. Actual offer will be based on skills,
qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the
following target hiring range $48,493.00 – $65,609.00.
