UK-based private debt financing firm Fintex Capital has hired Harry Hunter is an associate in its origination team.
Hunter was previously at telecoms group Liberty Global, where he worked in structured finance, originating new third-party issuers and managing portfolio performance across securitisation transactions in the TMT sector.

Prior to that, Harry was based in Auckland and worked at Heartland Group Holdings, a New Zealand and Australian dual-listed financial services group, advising on cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, equity capital markets issuances, and both private and public market debt issuances.
Fintex announced Hunter’s appointment on LinkedIn. At the firm, he will be responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and financial modelling, as well as creating bespoke transaction structures.

Fintex Capital was founded in 2016 and manages over £350m of assets.
