Investec Fund Solutions, the fund solutions business of Investec, has announced it has surpassed €10bn of fund finance loans over the past 12 months.
The firm said it marks a significant milestone for the platform and reflects strong activity across capital call facilities, continuation funds and NAV lending.
It was supported by Investec’s partnership capital model, which brings institutional capital alongside the bank’s existing fund finance platform. This has increased lending capacity and enabled the business to support a broader range of financing needs for private market clients across the UK, Europe and the US.

Recent activity has included financings across subscription facilities, NAV lending, continuation vehicles, GP facilities, hybrid structures and liquidity solutions for evergreen funds.
The firm said it has been expanding its fund finance platform through institutional partnerships, including a recent funding arrangement with Ares, which expanded capacity for the Fund Solutions business, and a partnership with L&G, through which more than €5bn of loans have been provided to private market funds since 2021.
“This is an important milestone for our team. We know that, in this market, success often comes down to responsiveness, clear thinking and the ability to execute at pace. That is where we believe Investec stands out,” said Grant Crosby, Fund Solutions, Investec.
