NorthWall Capital has promoted Artem Kontyaev to partner within its credit investment team, alongside making a series of additional promotions.
Kontyaev has been at NorthWall for nearly eight years and drives origination across Western Europe. He works within the firm’s credit opportunities and tactical credit strategies.

Alongside Kontyaev’s promotion, NorthWall has also promoted Garrett Holmes and Scott Carpenter to partner across both its investment and operational functions.
Holmes works within NorthWall’s investment management and legal oversight functions, heading up the firm’s New York office. He has been at the NorthWall for more than seven years and also serves as acting general counsel.
Carpenter joined NorthWall as chief operating officer in 2024, covering administration, compliance, technology, finance, legal and people.
