Oaktree has launched a semi-liquid strategic private credit fund under the UCI Part II structure.
The fund will be distributed to private wealth individuals in Europe, LatAm and APAC via the Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions platform.
The Oaktree Strategic Credit Fund (SICAV) is the second evergreen fund that has been launched for this market, following the Brookfield Infrastructure Income strategy which was rolled out in April 2024.
The new fund takes an all-weather approach, offering wealth investors access to a diversified portfolio of income-generating global private credit investments.

Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions was launched in April 2021 with the goal of expanding alternative investments to financial advisors and their clients, globally.
It currently offers a variety of liquid, semi-liquid, and private strategies across real estate, infrastructure, credit, and private equity.
