PortfolioMetrix has combined its Business Development and Client Service teams under a new structure called the Partner Group, designed to reinforce its partnership-based approach with financial advisers.
The Partner Group consists of two complementary teams: Partner Development and Partner Relationships.
The Partner Development managers and associates, previously known as Business Development, will take a consultative approach, focusing on understanding each adviser’s business and tailoring services and solutions to meet their needs.
Partner Relationship Specialists will deliver ongoing support, aiming to ensure consistency, accessibility and responsiveness.
Ben Peele, managing director of Partner Group UK, said the change formalises the way PortfolioMetrix already works with advisers.
“How we name our teams and the roles within our business matters,” he said.
“’Business development’ doesn’t accurately explain how we work with advisers. Our partnership-based mindset centres on giving advisers the right support at the right time and growing with them.
“Most of all, advisers want clarity and consistency, and uniting our development and service teams under the Partner Group streamlines how they engage with us.”
Claire Floyd, head of partner operations, said the new structure connects people, processes and PortfolioMetrix’s technology.
“Advisers will experience faster response times, clearer communication and a more joined-up service,” she added.
