These Fitness Wearables Are Still on Sale After Prime Day

Prime Day is now over, but some of the deals are still going. Fitbits are still at their lowest price ever, all of Garmin’s deals are still going, and Suunto’s are as well. Oura’s premium finishes (ceramic, gold, and rose gold) aren’t at their best sale prices anymore, but they’re significantly discounted from their original prices. Unfortunately, deals have ended for Whoop, Withings, and most smartwatches.

Prime deals on Oura Rings

The Oura Ring 5 just came out recently (here’s my review), so it’s not surprising that we saw deep discounts on the Oura Ring 4. The best deals are over (ceramic finishes were on sale for the first time ever) but the gold, rose gold, and ceramic rings are now $399, or $100 off their original price. It’s possible this is the new regular price, since they first dropped to this price when the Oura 5 came out.

  • Gold and rose gold, $399, originally $499.

  • Ceramic finishes, $399, originally $499 (in white, navy, pastel green, or pink, although many colors are out of stock depending on your size)

Prime deals on Fitbit fitness trackers

This sale is still going! Again, a recent release (the screenless Fitbit Air) means we’re seeing sale prices on older models. These Fitbits work with the same Google Health app as the Air, and they also have a slim profile, but with the bonus of having a screen so you can tell the time. Both of these are at their lowest price ever, and their prices have also dropped by about $4 between yesterday and today.

  • The Fitbit Charge 6 is $85.45, which is already a great price, at $60 off the original. The Charge 6 is a good (if minimalist) tracker that does the basics reasonably well. Unlike the Air and the Inspire, it has its own GPS. See my review of the Fitbit Charge 6 here.

  • The Fitbit Inspire 3 is $66.45, $30 less than usual. A lesser-known plus of the Inspire and Charge is that you can get a clip to wear it on your waistband for step tracking (no heart rate, obviously).

Prime deals on Garmin fitness watches

Garmin’s “summer sale” is still going strong, so all these prices are still valid. Garmin recently came out with the Forerunner 70 and 170, meaning its older models are ripe for discounts. Garmins age well, so even going two generations back can still get you an excellent watch. In fact, Garmin is running enough deals, including on pre-owned devices, that I have a separate article here to help you choose a model according to your budget. Here are a few of my favorite deals on new (not refurbished) watches:

  • Garmin Forerunner 55, $129.99, originally $199.99: This is the most basic of the Garmin running watches you can buy new, but it was good enough for Sabastian Sawe to wear to break the sub-2-hour marathon barrier. The price dropped another $20 on the final day of Prime—this is a “lowest price ever” by a lot.

  • Garmin Forerunner 165, $199.99, originally $249.99. This is a beloved entry-level running watch. The music version is also on sale; it runs $50 more than the standard.

  • Garmin Forerunner 265, $349.99, originally $449.99: This was one of my favorite Garmins of all time when it was new, although it isn’t the latest and greatest anymore. It’s got dual-band GPS, works with power meters, and has advanced analytics like training status.

  • Garmin Vivoactive 5: $189.99, normally $229.99. This is another favorite of mine, a nice casual fitness watch where most actions are done with the touchscreen, but it still has two physical buttons to start, stop, and lap your workouts. It’s since been replaced by the Vivoactive 6 ($299.99) but I still think the 5 is a great watch. This sale price isn’t a rare one, but keep an eye out for deeper discounts in the days to come.

  • Garmin Epix Pro (Gen 2) Sapphire Edition: $499.99, originally $999.99. This watch was released alongside the Fenix 7 Pro in 2023. It’s since been replaced with the Fenix 8 series, but is an excellent watch regardless. It has an AMOLED screen, plus extras that Forerunners don’t have, like golfing features, tides, and fish forecasts.

Prime deals on Suunto fitness watches

Suunto’s sale is still running as well. The Suunto Run is one of the best entry-level running watches I’ve tested. It was originally $249, usually goes for $199 these days, and in today’s sale, it’s $148.99. This watch has a big, bright AMOLED screen, dual-band GPS, and can either store music or control the music that’s playing on your phone. That’s comparable to what you get with Garmins that are more than double the price. If I were buying my first running watch today, this is absolutely the one I’d get. You can read my full review of the Suunto Run here, or check out the other deals on Suunto today, including the Race 2 with maps for $398.99 (normally $499.00) and the Vertical for $448.99 (normally $549.00)

What do you think so far?

Prime deals on Polar wearables and heart rate monitors

Polar’s sale items are all back to regular price, except the Polar Verity Sense armband monitor, at $87.74 (normally $104.95). Note that this is an optical sensor, like the kind on smartwatches. It’s less accurate than an electrical chest strap, but many folks find the arm positioning makes this a good compromise between comfort and accuracy.

Prime deals on RingConn smart rings

RingConn makes smart rings with a long battery life and some neat extra features, like headache detection and the ability to turn on a blue light to find a lost ring that’s fallen onto the floor of your car or into your laundry basket. (Ask me how I know.) The Gen 2 ring is $254.15 today, not as good a deal as the $210 of Prime Day but better than the regular price of $299.99. This is the slightly older model; you can read my review of it here. You’re not missing much in going for the Gen 2 instead of the current Gen 3, but here’s my review of the Gen 3 for comparison.
