The I Prefer Hotel Rewards program, operated by the Preferred Travel Group (parent company of Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Beyond Green, Historic Hotels of America, Historic Hotels Worldwide, PTG Consulting, and Beyond Green Travel), offers members exclusive perks for staying at their portfolio of properties.
Those who sign up for the program will earn points on eligible stays, which can then be used for discounted rates or free nights on future stays and perks like early check-in/late checkout and room upgrades—plus a digital subscription to the Preferred Travel magazine. The program operates under a tier system—Silver (0-24,999 points), Gold (25,000-49,999 points), and Titanium (50,000+ points)—with benefits dependent on number of points earned per year.
How do I join the I Prefer Hotel Rewards program?
You can join online by filling out this form, or on-site at any participating hotel—it’s totally free to do so. To start receiving points, include your I Prefer Member number in your reservation prior to check-in via one of the I Prefer Travel Group websites or directly with the hotel (of note, you can’t earn points on reservations booked via third-party booking sites). If you enroll during check-in at a participating hotel, you will start receiving Silver tier benefits during your stay, minus the points (this is because points can only be acquired by using your member number at the time of reservation).
