The Management
Career Coach supports undergraduate business students majoring in Entrepreneurship, HR, MIS, Operations & Supply Chain, and Strategic
Management. This includes assistance with career exploration, professional development, internship/job search preparation, and employer
engagement. This role partners with academic departments, employers, alumni, and campus stakeholders to prepare students for successful
career outcomes.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and seven years of relevant
experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Five or more years professional experience in private sector employee recruitment, HR, or business related
experience. - Experience with college recruitment programs.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly
proficient with MS Office applications (Word; Excel; PowerPoint) - Bachelors Degree with major in Business

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without
sponsorship
